Ground Control will ship compete BGAN terminals in hardened Pelican cases. These plastic cases are watertight, airtight, dust proof, crush proof and the foam core padding keeps your equipment safe from shock of being dropped. Good for all environments or long term storage.

 
The smaller BGAN Pelican Case option can carry an extra laptop with the Explorer 110 option (see below). Small cases have two anti tampering locks with keys.   The larger case option will allow addition of extra batteries, laptops, cabling, and is perfect for first responders.

This small Pelican case contains a BGAN 9201 with terminal adapter phone & all cabling.   This small Pelican case option can hold the Explorer 110, a 15" laptop, two phones (ISDN and Bluetooth wireless), as well as all cabling.

Hughes 9201 Detail (Large Pelican Case)
The top of two layers of the case includes the Hughes 9201 and a standard caller ID phone that doesn't use external electricity. On the second layer is the Hughes Terminal Adapter this is the interface to plug a standard phone or fax machine into. Also included is cabling, software and space for other equipment such as a wireless phone, extra batteries or anything (such as a laptop) that you require.

The BGAN 9201 itself is designed for external use and can withstand tremendous wind speeds and rain. Operating temperature is between 13° F to 140° F ( -10 C to 60 C) when battery powered.

Also, if you request, Ground Control will ship a case with the 2nd foam layer uncut.. Pelican case foam is pre-scored for easy removal of just the sections you require to add your laptop or additional equipment.
