A single Public IP address (aka Static IP) is available for your BGAN Sim Card and it will stay static no matter which of the three Inmarsat satellite you connect with. This is perfect for high security applications linked through a corporate VPN.
A static IP is assigned to the BGAN Sim Card and not the BGAN terminal itself.
If you do not know what a static IP address is, then you most likely do not need one.
