Streaming 32Kbps Streaming allows a connection to the Internet to be predictable. It is a committed information rate useful for those wishing to stream video or other traffic that must have a predictable connection speed. Unless requested, streaming services are disabled, and not accessible. Streaming is "In Plan".

SERVICE CONDITIONS
All listed services on this page bill the available monthly or annual credit on the account at the posted rate, except the Static IP service which is billed once a year. Usage is on a "per call" or a "per data session" basis. Voice calls are measured on actual time that the caller is connected. Minimum call duration is 30 seconds for voice or ISDN services. Minimum data transfer is 200 Kb. Minimum billing increment is 10 Kilobytes. Billing increment for all duration based traffic is 15 seconds.
