The Explorer 527 is an in-motion satellite
system that magnetically mounts to the roof of your vehicle,
truck, bus or RV. It will deliver up
to
464
Kbps of broadband Internet speeds with global coverage.
Operation is as easy as plugging the system into a 12 or
24 Volt
power source
and turning it on. The system automatically locks on satellite
for broadband connectivity while traveling anywhere.
Flexibility
In addition for high-speed Internet, the Explorer 527 allows
a standard phone or fax machine to plug directly into the
controller
box. Making or receiving a call is just as easy as any other
phone in the world. It
is truly a traveling mobile office.

Service Conditions
Usage is on a "per call" or a "per data session" basis.
Voice calls are measured on actual time that the caller is connected.
Minimum call duration is 30 seconds for voice or ISDN services with
a 15 second minimum. Minimum data transfer is 200 Kb. Minimum billing
increment is 10 Kilobytes. Data is billed for both upload and download
total amounts.

Rugged Case Option
No matter where you travel in the world, you can ship and mount
an Explorer 527 on any vehicle or truck roof for immediate High-Speed
access.
These rugged cases are watertight, airtight, dust proof, crush
proof and the foam core padding keeps your equipment safe from
shock of being dropped.
Included in the system is the Explorer in-motion antenna and
the controller.
There is additional space in this case to to include other
items such as a laptop. |

This plug-and-play tool is made to minimize the latency issues experienced by
many applications that run over the BGAN network such as VPN. Even simple web
