Select between zero to 80% re-sampling on the optimization utility and most all data transferred to and from the computer is compressed on-the-fly. Re-sampling is not just file compression, but technology that actively reduces resolution of such files like .jpg images, making the file size 80% smaller. Obviously re-sampling technology affects only certain file types, however normal usage results in a truly a significant reduction of data transferred in both directions without sacrificing a lot of quality. Less data transferred means a dollar can last 5 times longer. This optimization is not an over the counter speed program... you will be able to stay within your service plan much longer.
These same powerful servers also use spoofing technology to remove the latency and cross-talk issues common with satellite communication. A web page that would normally take 15 to 30 seconds to load, will take 5 seconds with optimization. This proprietary technology makes the onlne experience feel much more like a normal terrestrial Internet connection.
Our Month-To-Month Service Fee for FleetBroadband is $49 a month. Deposit as little as $100 and test drive our servers with your existing FleetBroadband system. If you like the service, we can upgrade your you to any plan you choose. If you don't appreciate the service, we'll refund any amount of the deposit you don't use.
Our optimization software is compatible with Windows 2000, XP, Vista, and Windows 7 and will operate globally with any of the three Inmarsat satellites with no system reconfiguration. The utility will start automatically each time you boot your laptop (unless otherwise configured).
