The Hughes 9250 BGAN in-motion terminal provides
high-speed broadband access up to 464 Kbps while traveling
anywhere on the globe. With its build in wireless access
point, anyone in the vehicle may connect. The
system magnetically mounts to the roof of the vehicle,
truck, bus or RV. Operation is as easy
as plugging the system into a 12 or
24 Volt
power source
and turning it on. The system automatically locks on satellite
for broadband connectivity while traveling anywhere.
A Mobile Office While
Moving
With an optional Terminal Adapter, the 9250 will allow a
standard phone or fax machine to plug
directly
with no configuration. Every system has a unique phone
number that can send and receive phone calls or faxes to
any phone on the planet. Making or receiving a call is
just as easy as any other phone
in
the world.
It
is truly a traveling mobile office.

Service Conditions
Usage is on a "per call" or a "per data session" basis.
Voice calls are measured on actual time that the caller is connected.
Minimum call duration is 30 seconds for voice or ISDN services with
a 15 second minimum. Minimum data transfer is 200 Kb. Minimum billing
increment is 10 Kilobytes. Data is billed for both upload and download
total amounts.
