1. Milling - CNC Machine Operator

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role is responsible for the daily operation of the CNC producing the machined pieces for our mobile satellite dish systems. The position is a full time opportunity during weekday morning hours. The Machine Operator will work with the CNC, deburring tools, band sawt, and miscellaneous hand tools to prepare and complete separate parts and sub-assemblies. After a probationary period, the position includes benefits and a 401k plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Machine Operator will be expected to effectively and efficiently produced reliable parts in batch quantities, to assemble minor sub-assemblies, to maintain the CNC tooling, to assist with raw stock inventory management, to maintain a clean and organized working environment, to complete product process control sheets, to support the efforts of the engineering development team, and to learn the critical dimensions and details of specific part drawings.

REQUIREMENTS:
The applicant must have a high aptitude for attention to detail, learning procedural work, familiarity with standard fasteners, standard CNC tooling, and general table top tools, enforcing quality assurance, completing independent work, and communicating questions, concerns and issues with team members. A preferred applicant will have experience with CNC milling, which includes setting up jobs, breaking down jobs, utilizing vises, fixtures, and the sub-plate; selecting and setting tools; locating zeros; and selecting programs from the machine stored list; measuring and inspecting output. Moreover, an applicant should also have some experience with light upkeep of the machine, such as cleaning, changing coolant, and collecting way oil.

2. Mechanical Assembly Tech - Entry Level

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role is responsible for the physical assembling of our mobile satellite dish systems. The position is a full time opportunity during weekday morning hours. The assembler will use hand tools and table top tools to prepare and install separate parts and sub-assemblies. After a probationary period, the position includes benefits and a 401k plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The assembler will be expected to build sub-assemblies and final assemblies in batch quantities, to complete minor electronic assembly, to assist with inventory maintenance, to maintain a clean and organized working environment, to support the efforts of the engineering development team, and to learn product usage and application through system testing.

REQUIREMENTS:
The applicant must have a high aptitude for attention to detail, learning procedural work, familiarity with standard fasteners, such as a variety of screws, bolts, pins, nuts, washers, etc., enforcing quality assurance, completing independent work, assisting with team projects, and communicating questions, concerns, and issues with team members. A preferred applicant will have experience with table top tools, such as band saw, drill press, manual press, buffing wheel, etc. Moreover, additional preferred skills include vinyl sticker application, coaxial cable terminating, Ethernet and phone cable terminating, measuring dimensions with calipers, and completing checklists and process control sheets.
