is completely automated and will connect your roving classroom anywhere
it travels as long as there is a clear view of the southern sky.
Ease of Use
This self-contained automatic pointing system requires little or no training
to operate. No external computer controls or in-the-vehicle controllers
are required besides a simple remote panel. Simply press a button to
deploy the satellite and create a high-speed Internet connection. Stowing
is just as easy. Press a button, and in about a minute, you're ready
to drive off.
Connectivity
With the press of a button, the Ground Control MSS provides high-speed
Internet access to multiple computers within 3 to 7 minutes. The system
includes a Wireless Access Point allowing any computers with wireless
ability to connect within a 100 to 200 foot radius around the vehicle.
Portable Mobile Solutions
Anywhere
Integrated into a custom shipping crate, the Fly-Away MSS can be safely
and quickly shipped anywhere you require connectivity without the need
for a vehicle. Ground Control also offers the new laptop sized BGAN broadband
systems that works world wide. more
Coverage
Mobile satellite connectivity is available in the contiguous 48 United
States and in limited areas of Canada and Mexico from a variety of
geostationary satellites. If you are able to see the southern sky,
you can connect at high speeds.
