Getting a work order from Ground Control to Commission a Galileo System
Before you are able to perform an installation, you need to have a work order from Ground Control.  Below is a sample of that order:
Included with each work order from Ground Control will be a customer sheet that you leave with the customer.  The work order is for the installer only.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION
This section shows who the dish is intended for and the contact person you will be calling in order make the installation.

This is the actual installing individual and their cell phone.  A cell phone is important because the installer will be communicating on site for much of the install process.

SITE ID: This is the information Ground Control uses to track this customer account over the network.
SERVICE LEVEL: The monthly plan the customer has chosen to purchase from Ground Control.
DISH POINTING PARAMETERS
This section is where you will be using your handheld GPS device and from this, you can use the SatMaster program to calculate near exact coordinates for the dish Azimuth, Elevation and Skew.  This step is done on site because accurate GPS information is needed before you can have accurate GPS readings.  This topic is covered later on under Hardware Installation.
When you run the CPE Installation Wizard commissioning software from your laptop, the work order has been designed to provide you with the correct information to enter at each successive screen making the whole process as easy as data entry.  Be mindful with the section as one mistake can take hours to remedy.
