The top meter with the "S" is the signal strength of the satellite. The bottom meter is the "inverse data error rate" used for skewing (or rotating) the dish radio. You are trying to get the highest meter reading on both meters.
Note when you skewed the dish, the signal strength will stay the same, but when you rotate the radio (Skew the Radio) the "Q" factor for polarization will change significantly.
Use the Elevation Fine Adjustment to increase the signal strength.
Use the Azimuth Fine Adjustment bolt to increase signal strength.
Be prepared to spend a good deal of time in fine tuning the satellite dish to it's highest signal strength. This is what makes for a great installer and installation.
Use the Birdog to increase the last bit of skew for the highest "Q" reading.
In this case the highest reading for skew is 92.
The highest for Azimuth is 82.
Later on, you can fine tune your satellite dish even more with the Administrative window when you log into the Galileo Gateway IDU (In Door Unit).
