At the bottom of the Galileo work order is a place for the customer to sign off on your installation job.
A signed and faxed copy of this form is the only way that Ground
Control will know that the installation was a success.
Fax the
signed form to Ground Control Installation to the number printed on
the bottom of the form.
Your installation is now complete.
