Chapter 4 - Work Order Sign Off

At the bottom of the Galileo work order is a place for the customer to sign off on your installation job.


A signed, faxed-in copy of this form is how you'll finish your business with Ground Control. Sending us this form allows us to release you from the site, pay you, and activate billing for the customer.

At the bottom of the work order, you'll find the fax number for the installation office. Fax this form to us at that number, and your installation will be complete.
