Answers to the questions below are easily found in the chapters the questions were pulled from.  For example, Question 1 below refers to the beginning of the video, and question 10 refers to later on in the video.  It is the same for the rest of the text chapters.  I recommend that you have two web browsers open for taking these quizzes, one for the questions here, and one for the online training materials.

 

 

THE GATEWAY IDU

 

  1. What does IDU stand for?
