When your primary provider fails, Unlimited On-Demand Satellite Connectivity is always there. Unlike terrestrial providers, satellite is not prone to localized disasters or backhoes. As long as there is power, satellite will provide broadband connectivity to your organization. Our performance iDirect packages are designed for multi-users organizations that must have unlimited use at a predictable price.

► On-Demand plans are 1 year and revert to month-to-month at end of term. ► Charged by the day usage is charged by the calendar day (A calendar day starts at Midnight GMT). ► Charged by the day plans will not trigger daily rate if idle usage stays under 100 kilobits every 20 minutes. ► Charged by the MB On-Demand Plans are charged by the Megabyte over the 100MB monthly allotment. ► Video Streaming is allowed on Charged by MB plans, but not on the Charged by the day plans. ► CIR (guaranteed speeds) is available on all plans. Please call for more information. ► 5Mb x 2Mb plans require a 6 Watt BUC (Transmitter) on satellite system.

If a fail event happens, the switch or failover to the satellite gateway would be instant and would not require administrator intervention. When the primary connection returns, the satellite connection reverts back to sleep mode. Satellite is in deed a network uptime Insurance policy.

Simple Integration
Ground Control will help you integrate our satellite system into your existing network. The purchase of a failover router (One with two or more WAN ports) may not be necessary since if already owned.

24-Hour Monitoring & Notification
The instant the satellite network goes offline (or back online), an email or SMS message can be generated and sent to any party to inform of the network outage. With the transparent nature of the satellite failover, one may never know the primary provider is down and needs to be repaired. With Unlimited On-Demand, you pay only $75 for 24 hours of unlimited use.
